Nark Magazine, creators of the world famous Gender Blender, Dickslap, and other tawdry affairs, presents RuPaul’s Drag Race Season Six star Adore Delano live in concert, featuring her full band, performing hits from her new album Till Death Do Us Party. Delano, the drag alter ego of American Idol contestant Danny Noriega, makes her Seattle debut on Friday, August 22 at Neighbours Nightclub. She recently lit up the stage to a sold out audience at Nark Magazine’s Dickslap PDX in Portland, and launched her tour to a standing room audience at New York’s Gramercy Theater a few weeks ago.
This concert will be a special opportunity to catch Adore up close and personal, as she sings her recent hits, including DTF and I Adore You, accompanied by her ass kicking live band. She’s taking the stage at Neighbours in total Nark style, and she’s gonna get down and dirty. Will she perform in just a jockstrap and heels? Probably. Hell, she’ll probably crowd surf in them.
While Adore was runner up in the most recent season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, she’s been nothing but a winner since then. Her album, Till Death Do Us Party, debuted at an amazing 59 on the Billboard 200 chart and at number 3 on their Dance/Electronic Albums chart. She’s deservedly gone on to become the top selling musical artist to come out of Drag Race.
VIP guests will not only get a chance to meet and mingle with Adore, but also with Drag Race Creative Producer, and RuPaul’s long-time stylist, Mathu Andersen. Mathu’s fabulous gender bending style, and fantastic makeup skills, make him a bearded lady to be see and be seen with. Of course, it’s a Nark party, so there will be plenty of surprises in store for the evening as well.
Presale tickets start at $27 for General Admission and $65 for VIP. They’re going fast, so be sure and get yours before they’re gone because you just may be the lucky one that Adore ends up making out with on stage!
